The catalog is also a signed JSON index, /marketplace/v1/index.json. Its signing key is published at /marketplace/v1/keys.json, and each copy expires 24 hours after it's made.
Luminary's review isn't a security audit. A pack runs on your computer as you: approve only packs whose code you've read or whose publisher you trust.
